All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. If you prefer that your order shipped by another method, please ask.
All orders are packaged safely for shipment so they will arrive perfect and unharmed, and all orders over $20.00 are insured for their full amount upon shipment.
If you receive a damaged item or your item has failed to arrive, please contact Jaclyn(@)huzzartshop.com immediately and I will do my best to resolve the issue. If the item has been damaged during its journey, a photograph of the packaging and damaged item will be required from you.
In the case of damaged goods or goods that have not been delivered, a refund or a replacement will be issued depending on the circumstance.
Ultimately, the risk of loss or damaged items shifts to the buyer once the order has been marked as shipped. In all cases we reserve the right to determine whether or not an order will be replaced, refunded, or reimbursed in any way.
